Ingredients ( Serves 12)
200g 32% double cream
200g 60% bitter chocolate in drops
powdered sweet cocoa
chocolate buttons (99% dark chocolate)
Blend the mascarpone with the cream and sugar to obtain a homogeneous cream. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, then add the milk little by little. Let both lots of cream cool, then prepare the cups for each serving. Pour the mascarpone cream in each cup, followed by the crumbled macaroons, then the chocolate cream, and again the mascarpone cream. Decorate with powdered cocoa, dark chocolate buttons and one mint leaf.
