This refreshing mojito is the perfect drink to combat Singapore’s tropical heat.
Mix the mint leaves, rum, sugar (be generous with the sugar) and lime juice together, then add soda water. Adjust the quantities according to taste.
Pour the mixture into a glass with lots of ice and a few whole mint leaves for decoration. Remember, you can never have too much mint!
If you have a lot of guests, mix a few jugs beforehand without the soda water. Add the soda just before serving.
