Raffles City has some brand new home stores!

5th January 2023 by Georgina Hockley 4 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/raffles-city-new-home-stores-in-singapore-homewares-and-decor-new-shops/

One of the great joys in my life is finding new home stores in Singapore to make my home look beautiful. Raffles City has just relaunched with an exclusive range of new shops. Here, we take a look at six luxury brands at the mall that sell furniture, homeware and décor. Just in time for Christmas!

Kave Home

Stylish Spanish furniture and home décor brand Kave Home has opened its first Singapore store in Raffles City. Founder Francesc Julià started out as a lathe operator and has become a furniture designer of renown in Europe. The brand has a presence in over 80 countries and strong e-commerce platform. There’s even a range of furniture and accessories for kids and pregnant mothers.

Check out the lovely homeware décor accessories – we can’t resist the solid acacia serving boards and multi-colour marble coasters for our festive table. In the spirit of Christmas, Kave Home is offering 10% off regular priced home décor accessories. (I might also grab the botanic garden scented candle, in that case!)

Kave Home is located at #03-40 to 41, Raffles City.

SUNDAY Bedding

There’s no greater feeling than waking up on a weekend and realising you can sink back into bed and relax. Homegrown bed linen and lifestyle brand SUNDAY Bedding has everything you need to maximise that experience.

At the SUNDAY Bedding flagship new shop in Raffles City you can touch and feel the high-end sheets, luxe loungewear and plush bath towels in a series of concept spaces. As you wander through a bedroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a kitchen, you’ll be able to check out the lovely range of homeware and décor such as scents, body care, laundry wash and throws. The store stocks candles by Artisan of Sense, homeware brands Kra Sanctuary and Gentle Objects, wellness brand Moom Health, and children’s lifestyle brand Please.

To spread some Christmas cheer to friends and family, SUNDAY Bedding has curated two gift sets. The Downtime Gift Set and the Welcome Home Gift Set combine in-house bedding products and extras from partner brands including Ms Brown.

SUNDAY Bedding is located at #03-39, Raffles City.

SIMMONS

There’s a reason why SIMMONS mattresses feel exactly like the luxurious beds in five star hotels such as Westin, Marriott and Shangri-La. It’s because they actually are! For over 150 years, SIMMONS has been fine-tuning sleep technology to create mattresses that provide a deep and restful sleep. No matter your body type or firmness preference, there’s a bed for you.

To celebrate the opening of its new showroom in Raffles City, SIMMONS is unveiling two new mattresses in the renowned Beautyrest line – Natural Glow and Soft Glow. Available exclusively at Raffles City, Beautyrest Glow Series comes equipped with game-changing fabric, SKIN+. The fabric contains probiotics that release carotenoids as you move your body at night. Antioxidants protect and regenerate your skin cells as you slumber, like applying a carotenoid skin cream daily. Topped with either a CoolGel foam or breathable natural latex, a new SIMMONS mattress may just make the Santa list this year!

SIMMONS Gallery is located at #03-38, Raffles City.

Oasis Living

As the name suggests, Oasis Living is one home store in Singapore that specialises is helping you create your own special intimate retreat. Home may be where the heart is, but the bedroom is where we go to rest and rejuvinate. The new shop in Raffles City stocks all of Oasis Living’s premium lifestyle products. You’ll find beautifully soft bed linens and co-ordinated homeware and décor accents like cushions and throws.

And, if you’re looking for a gift for a little person in your life, you can’t go past the adorable Disney bath towel gift box. Usually priced at $36.90, it’s reduced to $18.90 as an early Christmas treat. Also perfect for a stocking filler or two are the soft silk eye masks, scrunchies and pillow cases.

Oasis Living is located at #03-04 to 05, Raffles City.

UCHINO

Another new shop to check out in Raffles City is the popular Japanese lifestyle brand UCHINO. Stepping into the flagship showroom stirs a feeling of comfort and happiness. You’ll find a wide range of quality home and living products including towels, loungewear, bath and body. We love this brand’s commitment to adopting the UN Sustainable Development Goals through its use of sustainable cotton. UCHINO also provides safe and fair work environments for all its workers and manufacturers.

For Christmas gifting you can’t go past the Silky Touch Bundle three piece set (bath towel, face towel and guest towel) at S$49. If it’s towels you’re after, opt for the Rich Gift Set, Premium Rich Gift Set and Fuuai Kiwamen Gift Set (buy any two gift sets for 30% off). And, if you have friends in town this festive season, there’s a tourist privilege of 10% off with a minimum purchase of $100. Christmas shopping sorted!

Why not add a personal touch to your gift by having it embroidered in-store exclusively at Raffles City? Since the 1990s in Japan, UCHINO has featured sewing machines in its flagship stores. Embroidering a product is a lovely way to celebrate special events like a new baby, anniversary or birthday.

UCHINO is located at #03-06, Raffles City.

MUJI

Minimalist Japanese retailer MUJI is already a well-known lifestyle and home store in Singapore. In addition to its range of furniture, apparel, homeware and décor, the brand has a vast variety of storage solutions. These include an awesome range of polypropylene storage units that come in a wide selection of sizes and are designed to be clean, stackable, durable and versatile, as well as the polyester linen soft boxes designed to fit neatly with the other products in the range. They’re also collapsible for easy storage when not in use.

It’s quite satisfying creating a gorgeously organised space. And, in keeping with the brand’s commitment to reduce, recycle and prevent waste, you can feel good about what you’re buying too.

MUJI is located at #02-20 to 22, Raffles City.
