Malaysia


The 20-storey Shama Medini serviced apartments are located within the UMCity Medini Lakeside development at Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia. Capital appreciation on new developments in some areas in Malaysia is expected to continue at a conservative 20 to 30 percent. Thailand

As a Thai getaway, Phuket needs no introduction. Just a 100-minute flight from Singapore, the island is home to luxurious yacht marinas, golf courses and beautiful beaches, and is supported by first-class infrastructure including hospitals and international schools. An airport upgrade will see a new terminal and runway opening soon.
