Is This a Path to Permanent Weight Loss?

9th December 2021 by Expat Living 4 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/permanent-weight-loss-with-tpm/

The Guardian in the UK reported that one study done by cardiologists there concluded that exercise alone does little to help weight loss. No diet plan has proven successful for a majority of people either. Is it even possible for everyone to lose weight and keep it off?

Pankaj Gupta discusses permanent weight loss

Are you frustrated with the “Gain – Loss – Regain” cycle with your weight? And even more frustrated watching your slim colleague eat everything you want to eat (but don’t) without putting on a single kilogram?

If you want to wear your skinny clothes again without needing to exercise excessively, nor living on a never-ending diet, then you may wish to understand the permanent weight loss secret revealed here through The Pankaj Method, one that can give permanent weight loss – without diets, medicines or exercise.

Obstinate fat returns, and with a vengeance, driving people into depression and frustration. Many reports in fact conclude that most diets (like Atkins) do more harm than good. Clearly, successfully getting off the weight gain/loss roller coaster isn’t only about exercise, diets, lifestyle, metabolism or genes. So what’s the real secret?

weight loss

Worldwide success in permanent weight loss

Monique Sobrino of New Orleans is a successful entrepreneur and competitive tennis player. Now in her early 50s and still active in the competitive tennis circuit, she gained weight during her 40s, like most people do. She couldn’t manage weight any better than her nonathletic peers.

Monique’s lifestyle was far healthier than most, but that did not prevent the onset of love handles, and a growing waistline after she blew out 40 candles on her birthday cake. Much like Gayatri Khullar, 45, a wife and mother in Singapore, who tried to lose weight since her 30s but could never lose it permanently. Neither could Katie Lovetro, a hard-working hair stylist in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who was on her feet every day, and also worked out diligently and ate right. Yet, her weight kept increasing, leaving her at wits’ end about a permanent solution. Monique, Gayatri and Katie lost weight permanently when they discovered The Pankaj Method (TPM).

Monique has kept off 20kg and Gayatri and Katie 11kg and 18kg respectively – for over two years now.

The Pankaj Method prevents weight regain

Over the past year, you may have read my regular articles in Expat Living about TPM’s effectiveness in healing all manner of incurable conditions. One can correctly think of excess weight as another incurable condition that can be healed.

TPM heals all types of conditions from arthritis to diabetes to obesity the same way – by unblocking and balancing the human body’s Energy System (ES). TPM’s permanent healing has been endorsed by doctors in the US and India. Since the ES is the body’s master system and controls every system in the body, restoring balance in the ES brings the body and mind into health and balance, permanently. Until the ES is unblocked and balanced, excess weight will keep returning.

The problem is not excess fat in your body. The real problem is in your ES, which is related to emotional baggage and thought patterns. The only key to getting out of the “Gain – Loss – Regain” cycle is to solve the problem in your ES.  Over 20 years ago, ES-related scientific discoveries propelled me to develop The Pankaj Method as a powerful, universal healing method and showed me that our emotional baggage and mental health are the real cause of excess weight, and most other biological problems and diseases. TPM is very effective in releasing emotional baggage from the body. Most people don’t realise how much baggage they are carrying, because it is normal. So, remember, emotional baggage is the root cause of excess weight.

When you unblock your ES with TPM, a few things happen immediately: you stop “stress eating” or bingeing, your energy increases permanently, your body starts coming into its natural balance – which is not obese – by losing excess weight, you feel good consistently and you are able to make changes in your habits easily. You not only lose weight naturally, you start living a heathier lifestyle – permanently.

TPM for lasting transformation

What makes transformation easy is higher energy and a healthy ES. Healing emotional pain correctly goes a long way in losing weight, and restoring great mental, emotional and biological health. Gayatri has not followed any sort of weight-loss plan for almost two years now – her transformation into a healthier person is permanent. Her increased energy, weight loss and subsequent gain in confidence have enabled her to complete yoga teacher training, among other things!

The only permanent solution to weight loss is to scientifically diagnose energy blocks and heal the ES, something The Pankaj Method has proven repeatedly for over two decades. That is the holy grail of permanent weight loss. Stop everything you are trying to do to lose weight and unblock your ES first – say hello to The Pankaj Method, and goodbye to excess weight and rebounds.

Gayatri says: “After a lifetime of failed attempts and constant weight gain, with TPM I found myself jumping out of bed happily every morning and easily following through on better choices. I have permanently lost 11kg after I healed childhood emotional baggage with TPM. I never thought transformation could be so easy!”

Watch Monique and others share their weight loss and other healing success stories on TPM’s YouTube channel at Bit.ly/YTTPM. And you can download a free PDF booklet from thepankajmethod.com with all the articles published in EL covering TPM, and other topics of interest like healing incurable pain, mental and emotional health, and more.
