Are painkillers killing you?

9th December 2020 by Rebecca Bisset 3 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/painkillers-in-singapore-long-term-pain-relief/

Having $100 million can guarantee you the best healthcare in the world, but funnily no cure for joint pains, headaches or arthritic pain. Pharmaceutical companies have made products that can successfully treat cancer, and they’ve even made Viagra! But, when it comes to painkillers, it’s only about pain relief management and not cure. Here, PANKAJ GUPTA explains how you can be free of pain, without needing to manage it!

Using painkillers isn’t always safe

Michael Jackson, Prince, Heath Ledger and Elvis all had access to the best doctors. Yet they all died because of prolonged physical pain. Painkillers provide temporary relief only. If they really worked – provided safe, permanent relief – we wouldn’t have entire pharmacy aisles dedicated to them. Paracetamol overdoses wouldn’t be the leading cause of poisoning in Singapore, nor would MJ and Elvis’s doctors have been prosecuted for helping their celebrity patients.

Untreated pain causes brain damage

Studies show chronic pain can damage the brain, reducing its size by up to 11 percent. For example, chronic shoulder pain can also cause muscle atrophy, fatigue, memory loss, nerve pain, tissue damage and low immunity – speeding up ageing. Plus, our reliance on painkillers can create more problems like liver and kidney damage, gastric trouble, blood pressure issues, nausea and so on. All pain should be taken seriously, for it can eventually debilitate and even kill people, even those with the best doctors.

So what is pain, really?

Most people who knowingly overdose on painkillers do so because the recommended dosage doesn’t cure their pain. Science’s inability to cure pain could be that they don’t know the real cause of pain. Pain is an alarm, not the problem – a symptom of a deeper issue in your mind or body. Popping painkillers and killing pain repeatedly is like switching off the fire alarm every time it sounds, without looking for and putting out the fire. Like the fire, the cause of the pain gets worse if neglected and our alarm gets louder over time – the pain gets worse, signalling a worsening problem.

This is exactly how MJ, Elvis and others began their descent into pain “management” journeys that ultimately killed them. Pain management can kill you slowly, so understand now that pain is not to be killed; it’s your most loyal friend. When you kill it, it eventually comes back stronger, for it’s trying hard to divert your attention to the real problem.

Can we really be free of pain and painkillers?

Your body has a complex, invisible “Energy System” (ES) that is like your computer’s operating system (OS). If the OS doesn’t work properly, none of the programs work properly. Pain is your biological alarm that there is a block in your ES; until this block is opened, the pain will recur – that invisible block is the cause incurable pain. When the correct block is identified and unblocked, pain disappears – often quickly, and doesn’t come back – there is no pain left to manage. But…

Is there a safe pain solution that really works?

The Pankaj Method® (TPM) is a scientific energy healing system that diagnoses exact blocks in your ES and clears them, giving you long-lasting relief from pain. It has healed chronic and acute pain, permanently and quickly, for over 20 years, in 40 countries. TPM therefore also simultaneously increases your energy.
