Bring in the New Year whilst taking in the spectacular view from 1-Altitude’s roof top bar and club. Entry costs $68 inclusive of two drinks, whilst $200++ will get you free flow drinks from 10:00pm till midnight. Table books available with a minimum spend of $200++ per person.
They’ll also be serving dinner beforehand at their Stellar restaurant, with the first seating from 6:00 to 8:30pm at $168++ and the second seating from 9:00pm till countdown at $282++.
KU DE TA, 1 Bayfront Avenue, 018971
You can expect nothing short of magnificence at the majestic The Royal Ball themed party at KU DE TA Club Lounge. See in 2014 with astounding views of the bay’s fireworks display whilst you dance away to top hits and commercial tunes. Their restaurant will also have a special New Years menu put together by executive chef Frederic Faucheux, which will include a series of delicacies such as Lobster Tempura, Spicy Miso Black Cod and Wagyu Beef Sirloin.

Well-known for their crazy parties, this year Pangaea is hosting are pulling out all the stops for an extravagant ‘Decadence’ themed party.

Emmanel Stroobant’s 9-course Perrier-Jouët New Year’s Eve dinner menu sets the perfect tone for 2014 – elegance, stunningly good food and a bank account that isn’t left in tatters when the party finally ends.The tasting menu is a seafood extravaganza, with langoustine tartare tataki, poached kumamoto oyster, grilled dover sole fillet, razor clams and slow-roasted turbot, not to mention a delectable champagne sorbet with caviar. From 10:30-12:30am, the party will leave The Westin and continue at the Cook & Brew gastro bar on Level 33 where you can take in breath-taking views of the city skyline and spectacular fireworks.

This year, Spanish restaurant Catalunya plays host to culinary maestro Albert Adria, who will be visiting Singapore for the first time from Barcelona.
