A safe and painless slimming treatment

21st May 2021 by Anthia Chng 3 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/how-to-slim-down-tummy-slimming-treatment-singapore/

Most of us have lumps and bumps on our body that we just can’t budge – even with a strict diet and exercise plan. If you’re looking for a safe and painless toning or slimming treatment in Singapore to help with stubborn fat pockets or stomach bloating, TriLipo technology at beauty salon Sense De Belle is a great option to consider. I popped by for a lunchtime session.

I haven’t tried many slimming treatments as I’ve always strived to exercise enough to not worry about my figure. However, as I approach my 30s, I’m realising that my metabolism has slowed down. Weeks of indulging in one too many sweet treats (naughty me!) have led to a case of belly bloating. So off to Sense De Belle I go, in the hope of getting fixed by the salon’s founder, Sherry.

non-invasive slimming treatment for tummy

Trilipo toning and slimming treatment review

Sense De Belle is tucked in a quiet corner on the second floor of Far East Plaza. This beauty salon offers top-quality facials and body slimming treatments, hair removal services and more. Sherry tells me that all the services are designed with dermatologists and experts for aesthetic-grade, long-lasting results.

After assessing the dreaded belly bloat, Sherry recommends TriLipo. It’s a non-invasive face and body treatment that promises to tighten, tone and reduce stomach bloating – sounds like just what I need! Here’s how the painless technology works: it combines radiofrequency (RF) deep volumetric heating with internal muscle contraction and external mechanical force, which together yield maximum fat removal and lymphatic drainage as well as skin tightening benefits.

Sherry starts the device on my lower abdomen, circling around my waist to tighten and clinch the area. She explains that instead of just focusing on the stomach, she also has to target the sides to bring them in for a more sculpted look. It’s clear to me that every treatment is done with care, as the therapist will customise it to what the individual needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all option that works for everyone, so I appreciate the personalised service I’m given here.

The RF energy generates heat, and I can feel that coming through as soon the device hits my skin. It’s warm but not intolerable, although I find myself perspiring a little. This heat stimulates fat metabolism in the subcutaneous fat layer and promotes collagen remodelling in the dermal layer. Combined with the mechanical pressure of the device, it breaks down fat cells and removes them via lymphatic drainage. Internally, the TriLipo Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) pulses stimulate the muscle layer. This causes the muscles to contract and push the fat cells up towards the surface. Blood circulation improves, allowing detoxification to occur.

The actual treatment feels like microcurrents on the skin, which is entirely painless. But as Sherry increases the power to give me an idea of how a stronger level feels, I find myself getting more uncomfortable. You can, of course, chicken out like I did and request a lower level. But that’ll most likely mean you’ll take slightly longer to reach your goal. Nonetheless, a short 20-minute session was all it took for me to see results looking in the mirror – visible tightening around my waist and reduced stomach bloating. I’ll need a series of sessions for long-term body shaping, but from what just one treatment has done, it already looks promising!

A word from the founder

“When I was younger, I was a model and a beauty queen and I took great care of my body and skin. It was like second nature to me; discovering new beauty and skincare products was my hobby and I loved using lotions, creams and serums for a glowing, healthy and radiant complexion.

Fast-forward a few years, and I became pregnant. As many of you know, your body starts to change after you have children. And that’s exactly what happened to me. While I’m a proud mum of two adorable kids, during my pregnancy I gained over 30kg. It was something I’d never expected.

Following the birth of my second child, I started having problems with adult acne. It was my body’s way of saying that I needed to take better care of myself. That was when I started to read up more about skincare ingredients, beauty products, slimming techniques and fitness programmes. I wanted to regain my lost confidence and start taking care of my body.

After years of in-depth research, hours of exercise and trips across the globe to source new ingredients and explore beauty techniques, I decided to share my experience with every hard-working, busy woman out there. That’s how Sense De Belle was born!”
