Add a little pizzazz with these scarves and brooches!

Singapore fashion brand Forest wants everyone to be the best version of themselves, and with its versatile scarves and brooches, you can be – in an instant. You can dress an outfit up or down, and transform it with a twist or flick of a scarf. Change what you’ve worn to work, to a softer, more creative version – or something a little sexier!

Inspired by nature, the brand curates a wide variety of designs, giving you the power to reinvent yourself every day – to look different and to feel different. As the team says, “We make magic happen!”

Their designers work directly with manufacturers to ensure only the highest quality, and they follow that through with great customer service; for instance, they’re happy to arrange a return and refund with no questions asked, if it’s not up to scratch!

Forest’s scarves are made with gorgeous mulberry silk – smooth and delicate. For colder weather, there’s also winter scarves that look like wool but are made from the same silk. So they’re just as soft on the skin!

Forest also produce shawls (140x140cm), made of 80% cashmere and 20% silk. This shawl is very versatile as it can be worn throughout the four seasons.

“For the mulberry silk scarf range, we use only screen-printing techniques with a hand-rolled hem finishing for the edge of the scarf,” explains founder Sutini Goh.

Forest also has whimsical brooches that add another dimension to its scarves, as well as helping style them. Made with brass and coated with platinum or 24k gold, they use a stone made of diamond stimulant.

All the products are made of green materials; they’re manufactured and used in the most sustainable manner possible, both environmental and socio-economic. The other good news is that 10% of the company’s profits go to PA Nepal. This non-profit organisation offers care programmes, rehabilitation and support services to Nepalese convicts and their children.
