Fitness bootcamps in Singapore: All you need to know

Updated on 9th January 2014 by Catherine Willingham |

New year, new you, dry January, new year resolutions – call it what you like, but most of us generally like to spend this month hibernating and making noises about getting into shape. The condo gym is packed, we’re all buying trainers and googling yoga classes (ahem, no need – all the info is here).

And while we all have great intentions, getting into a new routine can be hard work and, more importantly, pretty boring. So to help you stick with it, why not try something a little different and, dare we say it, fun? Bootcamps might sound a bit scary to newbies, but they’re a good laugh and pretty affordable. The instructors are generally super motivating, the classes vary according to level/target area, plus everyone is in the same boat. It’s no wonder they’re growing increasingly popular, with new instructors and schedules popping up across town.

Oh! I didn't realise someone was following me on my run last night, how embarrassing!

So with no further a do – here’s our rundown of 13 cracking bootcamps to get started with… good luck!
