Find Santa in Singapore 2015! Check into our holiday guide to Father Christmas in SG

You wouldn’t think there’d be a big, fat, jolly man bedecked in a crimson wool suit and full beard here in Singapore, but we’ve tracked down Father Christmas himself just to get a happy snap of the fellow this holiday season!  Curious to know where Santa Claus is making an appearance in Singapore this year? Well, we’ve sorted it all for you! There’s even a little something for the adults with borderline cosplay tendencies.
 

 

Santa’s All-Star Christmas at Universal Studios Singapore
Celebrating holiday cheer all the way until January 4th, catch Santa, his reindeer and dutiful elves at USS this season! There are loads of Christmassy festivities to get into this year – Sting Alley is transformed into 19th Century England, where you can meet Scrooge and his lot bah-humbug the afternoon away. A Hollywood Christmas Gift Show features the beloved Universal characters in a gift-giving adventure, Sesame Street Saves Christmas, go caroling in front of the New York City Library, enjoy a nightly fireworks show, experience snow in Singapore, and more.
Tickets are S$54 for children 4-12; $74 for adults. Until 4 January 2016.

The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
Christmas comes again to MBS Shoppes with a variety of activities for families or those who just want to get a glimpse of good St Nick in the tropics! At night, catch Santa Claus and Friends roaming *everywhere* within the mall (from 6pm to 10pm weekdays; from 12pm to 8pm weekends.  Santa’s Village will once again plonk itself besides the massive ice skating rink in the middle of this huge, oh-so-posh shopping mall, where you can also hear a live, string quartet and jazz performances from noon until 8pm. Spend more than $50 at The Shoppes (not all that difficult) and you’ll get a free voucher for a professional snap with the big beardy man.
Santa’s Village at the Skating Rink (free for all visitors): 15 November-25 December, Mon-Fri (5-9pm), Sat & Sun (12-4pm and 5-9pm)

Santa at Gardens by the Bay
Aside from the massive baubles and impressive Christmas displays throughout, This year’s Gardens By the Bay festivities will keep your kids mesmerized with the Xmas spirit. Visit Santa’s Cottage for a photo-sesh with the old man himself. Charges apply for photo-taking sessions.
Visit Santa at his Cottage from Thursdays to Sundays until January 3rd, 5pm to 10pm.

Dear Santa, SOTA Drama Theatre
Meet Santa after the stage show that bears his name! A story of a child who writes to Santa requesting a special Christmas present, Dear Santa delivers (of course!) the perfect gift on Christmas Eve. Suitable for children age 2 and above. From $38.
 Friday Dec 11 to Sunday Dec 13.

SantaCon Singapore 2015
Be your own Santa at this year’s SantaCon Singapore, the annual gathering of Santa revelry that’s held in cities across the world once every year. A mass pub crawl/street party of Kris Kringles, everyone can enjoy what it’s like to play Santa (or Mrs Claus) for the night. Tickets include your Santa Starter Kit, comprised of a Santa Suit, a bottle of Stella Artois and a Mini Jägermeister, and a Santa Hunt Card. Adults only, please.
Pre-sale tickets available for S$35; S$45 at the venue, and can be collected at 51 Club Street, across from Liberty House.
