Virtual Gin & Cocktail–Making Masterclass

Join us for this innovative Zoom workshop and meet Simin Kayhan Ames, founder of Paper Lantern Distilling. She’ll host an entertaining session together with professional bartender and international hospitality expert Knut Randhem of Fung Kee Hotdogs as the two of them teach you how to make three different cocktails.
Participants will receive a cocktail-making kit that includes a 200ml bottle of Paper Lantern Gin as well as all the necessary garnishes and ingredients to make the three cocktails. Delivery of the kits are all included in the price.

About Paper Lantern Gin
Paper Lantern is an award-winning Premium Asian Gin crafted with select botanicals sourced from the region – it’s gin reimagined with the silkiness of rice, warmth from Sichuan pepper, citrus from lemongrass, finished off with the sweetness from honey. All the botanicals are sourced from Asia (besides juniper berries, which need cooler temperatures to grow). Sichuan peppercorn, makhwaen – a cousin of Sichuan peppercorn that’s native to Northern Indochina – ginger, galangal, lemongrass and other Asian herbs and spices are hand cut and macerated in the rice base spirit before being distilled in a Holstein copper pot still. The distillates are then slowly blended and finished with longan berry honey, sourced from villages in Northern Vietnam.
