Swig & Nibble

This October, Pan Pacific Singapore will be collaborating with Cuca, a famous fine dining restaurant from Jimbaran, Bali to bring their signature gastro tour Swig & Nibble to town. The inaugural event will be held at Pan Pacific Singapore’s Atrium, the iconic lobby bar that featured floating pods and the Poolside Bar.
Swig & Nibble showcases a line-up of whimsical creations curated by award-winning Chef Kevin Cherkas. Cuca is the brain child of Chef Kevin who has amassed culinary experience in Michelin restaurants such as El Bulli and Arzak in Spain and Daniel in New York. Following Cuca’s concept of super casual meets fine dining and Chef Kevin’s philosophy of crafting globally inspired, locally sourced tapas (from Indonesia), guests may look forward to a convivial party where 20 quirky and innovative canapés are served in a non-stop, predetermined sequence, complete with a selection of wines and cocktails and upbeat music.
