Southeast Asian Premiere: OCEAN – Diving into the Unknown

Alliance Française de Singapour presents the Southeast Asian premiere of OCEAN: Diving into the Unknown, in collaboration with the Paris National Museum of Natural History.
This immersive exhibition offers a rare and thought-provoking glimpse into the mysteries of the deep sea. Through a blend of scientific discovery, art, and storytelling, visitors are invited to explore ocean ecosystems, deep-sea exploration technologies, and the legends and literary works inspired by the sea.
Highlights include:
- A multi-sensory experience exploring marine biodiversity, oceanic myths, and cutting-edge innovations in underwater exploration.
- Rare specimens and interactive displays that reveal the wonders and fragility of the deep ocean.
- A spotlight on how oceanic themes have influenced French literature and culture.
- Ocean Grace, an underwater photography exhibition in collaboration with Phoctopus and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
In addition to the main exhibition, visitors can look forward to a series of complementary programmes running alongside OCEAN, such as:
- Bilingual storytelling sessions for children and families on selected weekends.
- A curated selection of ocean-themed film screenings at Alliance Française’s cinema.
- A special performance series during International Music Week, inspired by the sea.
