Self Massage Workshop with ALEYDA

It doesn’t matter if you’re working from home or the office, the fact is that we all tend to be working more and for longer hours, and this affects our posture and our overall body. With this in mind, we’ve teamed up with the wonderful crew at ALEYDA Mobile Spa to teach you how to ease aches and pains with self massage!
Neck and shoulder pain accounts for the majority of workplace-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in Singapore. It’s clinically linked to other symptoms such as chronic headache, eye strain, jaw tightness, ear-ringing, arm weakness and chest tightness. In the theoretical segment of this workshop, you’ll gain awareness of workplace factors that contribute to MSDs and a basic understanding of therapeutic massage. The practical segment covers DIY massage techniques to ease neck and shoulder pain and related symptoms. These are activities you’ll be able to perform all by yourself using simple household objects. By alleviating muscular tension, you’ll gain mental clarity, reduce stress symptoms and work more productively!
