Jor-Li-Bee! 4 Hands Dinner

This May, Chef Li Guang of One Michelin star Labyrinth, will come together with Chef Jordy Navarra of TOYO Eatery, the recently crowned Miele One To Watch on the Asia’s 50 Best, for Jor-Li-Bee, a fun-filled 4-hands collaboration dinner featuring an exchange of philosophy, culture and food. The menu is a conversation between Manila and Singapore, embodying the personalities of the chefs, and speaks volume of their spontaneity. An example of the fun fare in this multi-course menu is in the amuse bouche – ‘Jor-Li Bee’ Chicken and Chiacaron – a salutation to the chefs, as well as the Philippines’ crowd favourite fried chicken; paired with a Chinese-style curry sauce dip that would strike a chord with Singaporeans. There’s also the Chilli Crab Umami Bomb – the wonderment of the seas highlighted by two quenelles, crab fat ‘aligae’ ice cream by Chef Navarra and chilli crab ice cream by Chef Han; topped with local-wild caught flower crab from Singapore.
