Introduction to Forrest Yoga

Join us for an introduction to Forrest Yoga! Learn basic moves and alignment techniques to improve your body awareness, breathe deeper and strengthen your core in 4 weeks. Understand the basic Forrest Yoga principles of active feet, telescoping ribs, relaxed neck amongst many others, and the reasons why we do it.
This 4-week program is for total beginners who have yet to embark on their yoga journey and want to start in a safe, comfortable environment.
Be supported on the mat with guidance & hands on assist.
Be supported during the week with your own home practice
Be supported within the community in a small-class setting

Location: 230A River Valley Road (2nd floor)
Nearest MRT : Fort Canning – Downtown line (3-4mins walk)
Parking is available at the open air carpark along Mohd Sultan Road or at UE Square
Who should attend?
Total beginners to yoga who have attended less than 10 classes.
No prior flexibility or muscle strength required. Come with an open heart.
