If Walls Could Speak
1 February @ 10:00 am - 11 February @ 10:00 pm
Organised by Mayinart and Art PODium, the exhibition displays works of Southeast Asian artists, with a focus on artworks from Java as well as those created by Indian and Singaporean artists. Artists’ works featured at the exhibition include those by master artists Kartika Affandi and Budi Ubrux, as well as UOB award-winners Januri and Sitompol, and Ekta Chandra, winner of the ASEAN Art Award. You’ll also be able to enjoy pieces by other established artists such as Shan Re, Rudra Gaud, Abhijit Paul. Works by up-and-coming artists will be placed alongside award-winning master artists to provide a wholistic view of art in the region.
The highlight of the event is two live works of art that Master Artist Kartika Affandi will be working on for the show, inspired by her travels during the recent Chinese New Year holiday in Singapore. These limited-edition works will also be available for sale at the event. All artwork are priced within an affordable range, with the aim to make art more accessible. The show will also have plant-based and hand-made eco-friendly products such as bags, prints, glasses and watches.
The exhibition will be opened daily from 10am to 10pm.
