Here’s another familiar scenario: You know you have to exercise and eat better, but you don’t know where to start with your exercise. You think running is the answer, but you have sore knees and you hate running. You’ve also read how lifting weights is important; yet you’re intimidated by the gym buffs. What you really want is something fun that you can do with women just like yourself – the kind of workout where you feel safe and non-judged, while becoming a fitter, stronger, leaner and more energised version of your current self.
