Free online Mat & Props Pilates Workout with The Viva Group

If you’ve not tried Pilates, it’s a low-impact form of exercise that builds strength, flexibility and endurance without creating bulk. As a comprehensive and intelligent form of exercise, it can restore the natural curves of the spine, relieves tension, creates stability and enhances self-confidence. Not only does this result in a more toned and elongated physique, it also improves power, flexibility, vitality and overall wellbeing.
Sound good? Well, we’ve teamed up with The VIVA Groups so you can try Pilates in your own home. We’ll be doing a full-body workout on the mat using daily household items as props. Don’t forget to have your mat ready, some light weights (or a couple of bottles of water to use as a replacement), a sport towel (to use as a flexi band) and a cushion (to use as a mini ball). And wear something comfortable and breathable!
