Five-Course Sake Pairing Dinner at Blackwattle

Blackwattle is hosting an intimate Sake pairing dinner showcasing the complimenting flavours of the land down under and the land of the rising sun. The sakes sourced from cities all around Japan including Wakayama, Fukui, Hyogo, Nagasaki and Kagoshima offers complexity and fragrance that stretches across the spectrum which compliments the dishes at Blackwattle.
Head Chef Joeri Timmermans curated a special five-course sake-pairing menu exclusively for this celebration. Expect a contemporary Australian twist on the finest Japanese ingredients including some of the freshest abalone and savoury Kagoshima A5 ribeye rolls scrupulously paired with craft sakes from artisanal producers in Japan.
