The Finland-Singapore Culinary Masters

In celebration of Finland’s centennial anniversary, two culinary masters – Chef Kari Aihinen, Executive Chef at the Ravintola Savoy in Helsinki, and Singapore’s award-winning Chef Eric Neo from Ash & Elm, will be coming together for one-night only. The Finland-Singapore Culinary Masters is a first-of-its-kind collaboration to reflect the best Finnish produce and Singaporean flavours.
Indulge in an exclusive seven-course dinner featuring premium Finnish and Singaporean produce with a selection of Arctic liquors, distilled in some of the harshest conditions from the purest water in the world. There will also be a showcase and tasting stations of the produce from Finland and Singapore that are feature in the menu. Tickets for this exclusive dinner are limited to 100 persons.
