En Bloc, or Buildings Must Die by The Substation
21 August @ 12:00 pm - 23 September @ 8:00 pm
This is a mini-festival by The Substation, framing conservation as part of a larger, complex conversation about heritage. It comprises an art exhibition, a series of co-presentations with the Singapore Heritage Society, and the launch of a new programme “SAD” (Substation After Dark). SAD will be a series of after-dark events, bringing together art, ideas and performances once the sun has set.
Through exploring the questions surrounding the conservation of Singapore’s heritage landmarks and buildings, The Substation hopes to create an impact on the future of our cityscape. Admission details vary. Refer to the website for more details and pricing.
