Embers of the East

For the month of October, Chef Ace is serving an exclusive menu “Embers of the East” at Stellar at 1-Altitude. The five-course wine-pairing menu serves as a continuation of his ongoing journey to showcase native flavours and ingredients across Southeast and Northeast Asia. Dishes are inspired by the rich histories of different prefectures in Japan and are whipped up using an array of age-old cooking techniques.
The menu, which is divided into four chapters, features Ace’s signature’s creative crossover between each region’s signature culinary styles and ingredients to create a bridge between modernity and tradition. Guests who are anticipating the reopening of 1-V:U will be thrilled with Just A Really Umami Beef, which features Sanchoku F1 Wagyu with ginseng poultry essence. It’s set to be a permanent dish in the venue’s soon-to-be-launched Robatayaki menu.
The special menu is available every Thursday to Sunday from 6pm to 10pm.
