Why should it only be the kids who have fun? Calling all Moms and Dads- it’s time to bounce!
If you are looking for a new way to exercise and team that up with going with your kids, BOUNCE is a place for you.
BOUNCE Fit offers a structured exercise regime that’s supercharged with the benefits of rebound exercise. Each class includes 45 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact cardio workout that will blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate. Being the opposite of a gruelling ordeal, BOUNCE Fit is all about high spirits and awesome soundtracks. Most of all, it makes you smile, laugh and experience airborne fun while burning calories- we promise!
For this event we have 2 types of 20 min. work out:
- ABT (Abs, Butts & Thighs): High intensity aerobic workout targeted at toning ABS, BUTT, & THIGHS to enhance body shaping for the 3 common trouble zones.
- Combat: High energy cardio & combat fitness workout that involves unleashing power through punching and kicking like a MMA champ.
Email Susan.Knudsen-Pickles@expatliving.sg and tell her which one you would like and she will make sure to allocate you in the right group.
Clarke Enda Patrick, Physiotherapist, Gleneagles Hospital will be onsite to give us the lowdown on jumping properly and making sure we do not get injured.
She will also be on site to answer any questions you may have in regards to working out, posture or kids development in general.
