A Cut of Freedom by Westholme and Culina

Award-winning brand Westholme and its exclusive distributor in Singapore, Culina, have launched A Cut of Freedom, a month-long campaign (1 to 31 November) that shines the spotlight on Westholme specialty chef cuts. These alternative cuts will be showcased at nine participating restaurants through creative dishes that do justice to Westholme’s signature succulent tenderness, depth of flavour, and rich, even marbling.
The participating restaurants include one Michelin-starred Candlenut, where Westholme meets local Peranakan flavours with the Westholme Intercostal Rib Rendang with serunding and turmeric leaf; and boCHINche, where you can sink your teeth into Westholme Ox Tongue with eggplant escabeche, Parmesan biscuit, horseradish and nasturtium.
Reservations to enjoy the chef cuts can be made via the participating restaurants. As part of the campaign, diners can share a picture of their favourite Westholme dish on Instagram with the hashtag #ACutofFreedom, and follow @True_Westholme, for the chance to win an exclusive dinner for two worth $1,000!
