Head to 4 Hands Kitchen at Stellar at 1-Altitude this April. This cross-border culinary collaboration will feature two acclaimed culinary maestros, Executive Chef at Stellar at 1-Altitude, Christopher Millar and Two-hat Chef, Scott Pickett, chef-owner of renowned restaurants in Melbourne – Saint Crispin and Estelle.
Held across five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, look forward to an enlightening epicurean experience. Chef Millar is known for his skills in crafting unique dishes that represent quintessential, progressive Australian cooking, while Chef Pickett is famed for his warm-hearted, produce-loving, and obsessive dedication to excellence. Together they will curate a menu that celebrates some of the finest ingredients that Australia has to offer.
On opening night, there will be an exclusive Meet Your Farmer experience which will see five esteemed Tajima Wagyu Farmers and producers from Australia’s premier salt company, Olsson’s Sea Salt, showcase a selection of first-rate fresh produce from Australia at a complimentary one-night only Butchery Master Class, starting at 6pm.
