Cook up a storm with top chefs and head bartenders at Singapore’s hottest celebrity restaurants and bars

If you’ve always fancied yourself as a bit of a Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen, here’s your chance to snag the culinary maestro’s famed Beef Wellington recipe, along with tips and tricks from Singapore’s top Executive Chefs and Head Bartenders, during intimate demonstration sessions at Marina Bay Sands’ celebrity chef restaurants and bars.

The all-new masterclass series, Craft To Taste, A Culinary and Mixology Series, will be held every Saturday from 12 March 2016 to 9 April 2016, with a second series planned for October and November 2016. The workshops will begin with a tour of your chosen restaurant – dining gems such as Adrift, Bread Street Kitchen, Spago, Long Chim, CUT, db bistro & Oyster Bar, Waku Ghin, Flight and Mozza are all on the list – followed by an interactive demonstration. After the class, you’ll sit down to world-class cuisine and snazzy cocktails (for those attending mixology classes), while you reflect on all the nifty skills you’ve amassed!

We’ve got our hearts set on joining the group of eight to receive personal guidance from Bread Street Kitchen Executive Chef Sabrina Stillhart on preparing Gordon Ramsay’s legendary Beef Wellington, and we’re totally signing our other halves up for Waku Ghin’s head bartender Kazuhiro Chii’s masterclass for eight. Here, participants will learn more about the craft of Japanese bartending and how to create classics such as the Martini, Sidecar and Gin & Tonic.

Other highlights include db Bistro & Oyster Bar’s Executive Chef Jonathan Kinsella teaching guests how to build the perfect Seafood Plateau at home (complete with tips on how to cook, clean and prepare the crustaceans), and picking up cooking techniques from celebrity chef David Myers during one of two sessions at Adrift.
