Leica’s range of mirrorless full-frame cameras now includes the SL3. Equipped with the brand’s SL-System for photography and videography, users can expect high image quality with more user-friendly features and ease of handling. Eco-friendly Water Delivery

Paralympian in Wax
Yip Pin Xiu has become the first Singaporean para-athlete to have a wax figure displayed at Madame Tussauds Singapore. The figure sits in the exact model wheelchair that Pin Xiu uses, and captures the podium moment when she was awarded her gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. Pin Xiu is Singapore’s first Paralympic gold medallist, winning at the 2008 Beijing Games, then again at Rio in 2016 and in Tokyo. She currently holds two world records, too. The wax figure has been unveiled in the lead-up to the 2024 Paralympics in Paris, where Pin Xiu will be competing once more.

More Play Initiatives
Mosaic Play Academy has introduced new initiatives to supplement its daily playgroups and afterschool programmes. Let’s Ace Mandarin is a programme for children six to 12 years old to acquire essential Mandarin skills in composition, oral, reading comprehension and listening comprehension. Playdate weekends happen on selected weekends, where for two hours little ones and their playdate can engage in fun-themed learning activities such as nature play, storytelling and more. Baby Sensory parties allow toddlers to engage in messy sensory play that’s meaningful and engaging.

Updated Learning Environment
The Grange Institution has had a fresh upgrade to its learning environment for 2024. Remodelled classrooms let in more natural light, which the school says improves visual comfort and wellbeing.
