You may have settled on what dishes to dole out at your next dinner party, but don’t forget about the cocktails! Knowing how to whip up some tipples for your gathering is always a must, and choosing some signature sips is an extra-special touch. We asked hotspot Fat Prince to share the recipe of a cocktail they’ll be offering at this month’s Singapore Cocktail Festival from 16 to 21 March.
Pairs well with: lamb dishes
- 35ml Baharat bourbon
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml honey
- 10ml yellow chartreuse
- 5ml Luxardo (cherry-based liqueur)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice, and give it a hard shake. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
