CrescoData is a Singaporean founded technology business that provides Commerce-in-the-Cloud Services to global enterprise customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised individual to fill a part-time finance / office manager / HR admin assistant role.
– Book-keeping: reconciliations, invoicing, chasing debtors, payrol, managing cash flow, managing expenses, setting up bank payments, preparing financials for monthly reviews, liaising with external accountants for end of year, corporate tax filing etc.
– Admin: issuing and filing contracts, insurance, grants, equipment audits
– HR: issuing contracts, on-boarding, managing leave and sick days, posting jobs, MOM applications
Must have previous finance experience, ideally in Singapore. Must be well organised and proficient with software applications, tools and excel. Benefits include: flexible working hours, bootcamps and friendly team in a central location. Opportunity to grow and learn.
