Its plump tandoori turkeys are marinated overnight in fragrant spices – cinnamon, coriander and rose water among them – and roasted to perfection in a hot clay oven; there’s even one that’s stuffed with minced meat biryani. Each turkey is served with one of three homemade sauces – choose from tomato and butter-based makhni, mint yoghurt sauce, or tomato and bell pepper chutney. Other roasted delights include a tender whole leg of lamb that serves up to eight famished folks, and whole tandoori spring chickens. There are vegetarian options too.
