10 stress busters to help you relax

23rd April 2020 by Michaela Bisset 2 Min Read

https://expatliving.sg/anti-stress-products-to-help-you-relax/

Feeling the stress? Between the coronavirus, Australian bushfires, Brexit and the floods, I’m sure we can all agree 2020 has us feeling rather like the girl below! But don’t panic… here are some products that will help you to find your zen. From giant stress balls and aromatherapy diffusers to lava lamps, they’ll distract you and restore a sense of calm.

#1 Essential Oil Diffuser

Ah, the spa – surely one of the most relaxing places you can go. So why not bring it home with your own diffuser? This one is also a humidifier and can go for up to six hours! Grab some oils from a Therapeutic oil pack and you’re set. Or, if you’re more of a traditionalist, opt for an oil burner instead.

#2 Classic Lava Lamp

A classic home accessory and an icon for many, this light is sure to make you calm as you can watch it for hours on end. Get your own here!

#3 Zen Garden

A Japanese garden must be one of the more peaceful places on earth, so why not bring your own miniature version into the home? Grab the Zen Garden here.

#4 Vibrating Massage Gun

Athletes love these massage guns and for good reason: they get all of those aches and pains out of your muscles. Be warned, though: this thing is very powerful and very addictive.

#5 Genius Sleep Aid

#6 Jumbo Stress Ball

Sure, you could get a normal-sized stress ball … but it would be a lot less fun, right? Try this Jumbo stress ball instead, and squeeze away all your problems!

#7 Better than a Stress Ball

While we still think number #6 is a hard act to follow, this adult colouring book is here to claim otherwise! If switching on the creative side of your brain is your way of relaxing, it could be the perfect. Find it here.Better than a stress ball

#8 Rose Quartz Roller Face Massager

While you’re sitting watching TV (or the paint dry, if you find that more relaxing), roll this little number around your face and neck. It’s very soothing and will make you look years younger too – or so they say!

#9 Heeta Hair Scalp Massager

No one wants to having prematurely grey or thinning hair, but when stress affects the scalp it can cause precisely that. This little number helps keep the scalp stimulated, leaving it free of the stuff that would otherwise clog the pores, and feeding the hair follicles with blood. Sounds like it’s worth a try!

#10 Desktop Golf Drinking Game

If none of the more traditional stress relievers are working, why not unwind with a sip (or two) of something? We dig the idea of this golf drinking game for a bit of a laugh and a break from things. (But remember, folks: drink in moderation!)
