Riverside Views
Looking for a gorgeous waterfront restaurant and bar? The newly opened Riverside Terrace at the revamped Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore (392 Havelock Road) is a catch! While away the hours at the cocktail bar with enviable views of Robertson Quay or tuck into hearty fare at the alfresco restaurant offering surf and turf platters and grilled meats cooked to perfection. You’ll feel like you’re on holiday at this unique spot.
Trendy Taqueria
Say “hola” to Señor Taco Clarke Quay, a Mexican street food favourite that’s opened its doors in the riverside district. Try the Trompo, a “badass” dish of a corn tortilla taco with fillings such as Al Pastor Kurobuta Pork and Chicken Sinaloa-style. The hotspot is also home to Singapore’s first mezcal library with over 200 labels, and beloved for its small batch handcrafted agave cocktails, resident Latin band and professional Latin dance instructors – and, yes, there’s plenty of room for dancing the night away!

A Tropical Destination
The arrival of The Singapore EDITION, the hotel brand’s first outpost in Southeast Asia, brings with it luxury accommodation and a buzzy collection of restaurants and bars. The Lobby Bar is an eye-popping space decorated in sharp pink velvet with a rose-coloured pool table, while FYSH at EDITION is a sustainable seafood-focused steakhouse with jade-coloured banquettes and white marble tables. Drop by the Punch Room for a nightcap, the signature bar concept where punch is championed. An inconspicuous side door opens to reveal a space swathed in shades of Yves Klein blue, with a bronze bar where mixologists shake up a unique punch cocktail menu inspired by Southeast Asian spices.
